We are now looking for a Strategy Manager to join the Strategy & Brand Execution team in our Consumer division.
How you’ll make a difference with us
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the strategic direction of Telenor Sweden’s consumer business. As Strategy Manager, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that fuel growth, sharpen our competitive edge, and enhance customer value in a fast-moving market. You’ll guide the execution of strategic priorities across the organization, translating insights into action and presenting clear recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Product & Business Management, Sales, and Digital to ensure alignment and momentum. You’ll also support the Consumer leadership team in annual planning, business reviews, and governance processes, helping to steer the business with clarity and purpose.
Beyond execution, you’ll act as a strategic thought partner and catalyst for change, championing a culture of commercial acumen, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement. This is a role for someone who thrives on impact, influence, and driving meaningful transformation.

We need someone who’s always on their toes! You have a genuine desire to learn and develop so we can continue to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs – today and tomorrow.
Must-have requirements:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- At least 4+ years of experience from similar roles within strategy, management consulting, business development, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Execution-focused with high adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Fluent language skills in English, Swedish is a plus
Experience from the telecom, technology, or consumer services sector is meriting, but not required.
